Questions

Membership FAQ.

Which membership is right for me?+

If you are still studying, start with Student. Practising yoga teachers choose Yoga Teacher / Professional. Those with 300+ hours of therapy training qualify for Certified Therapist. Schools and centres choose Institutional, and brands or allied-health organisations choose Associate.

What do I need to provide to join?+

To create your membership we ask only for basic details and your membership type. You complete your full profile — certificates, training hours, photo and bio — afterwards from your member dashboard, at your own pace.

How does verification work?+

Once you submit your qualification documents, the APYTA team reviews them. Approved members receive a verifiable certificate and a “verified” badge on their public directory listing.

Is the fee annual?+

Annual, charged once. No auto-renew at launch; we send a renewal reminder before your membership lapses. Read our refund policy in the terms

Can I upgrade later?+

Yes. Contact the membership office; if you've paid for a tier you're not eligible for, we'll move you and refund the difference.
