Mr.Kook Hyun (Edward) Chang

Vice President

CHANG Kook Hyun (Edward) has dedicated his career to furthering Korea’s business and public relationships with the rest of the world. During his thirty year career (1979~2009) at the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI), Edward led a variety of divisions at headquarters and overseas branches in both New York and Washington D.C. and was invited as visiting fellow to Heritage Foundation in Washington D.C. and BDI (The Federation of German industries) in Colone, Germany. Edward represented Korea in ABAC(APEC), AEBF(ASEM), BIAC(OECD) and many International organizations as Executive Director of Korea. Edward has been secretary general of Indian chamber of Commerce in Korea (ICCK) from 2010 through 2016 and a focal point of business promotion between India and Korea. From 2011 through 2014 Edward has worked as a high-ranking civil servant to promote foreign investment to Korea and trade and has concurrently advised for businesses of all sizes and regional and central governments on international business development and public & commercial diplomacy. Mr. Chang is currently Executive Vice Chairman, Korea Public Diplomacy Association.
